The Guild of Artists & Artisans’ Announces Annual Holiday Artist Market in Gutman Gallery!

ANN ARBOR – The Guild of Artists & Artisans (The Guild) is excited to announce its annual Holiday Artist Market in its Fine Art Gallery and shop, Gutman Gallery. The market runs November 25 – December 22 and highlights a wide variety of work from 60 plus jury-selected artists. Featuring all types of art including glass, jewelry, ceramics, printmaking, painting, leather, and more; the shop includes items at every price point with something for everyone on your holiday giving list!

Starting on Black Friday (November 25th) and running through December 22, the gallery will offer extended holiday hours and include festive shopping and gift making experiences in a safe and warm space. For Midnight Madness, on Friday December 2nd, the gallery will once again be partnering with Cahoots Cafe and Blom Meadworks for a scavenger hunt! Stop in all three locations to be entered to win an amazing prize! In addition, there will be an artist trunk show, free gift wrapping and the Pioneer High School Orchestra will fill the air with lovely music inside the gallery. Throughout the season shoppers can find artist trunk shows on Fridays and Saturdays as well as artist-led gift making workshops.

Gift Making Workshop #1: In-Person Fused Glass Ornaments + Nightlights with Anne Rogers Glass artist, Anne Rogers, will help students create 3 holiday ornaments or 1 holiday ornament and 1 night light using fused glass techniques.

Date + Time: Wednesday, December 7 from 4pm-7pm
● 1st Session: 4pm-5:30pm
● 2nd Session: 5:30pm-7pm
○ * session takes 60-90 minutes, and we can accommodate 6-8 students per session
