El Harissa, an Ann Arbor restaurant at the cutting edge of a zero waste take-out system. Ann Arbor’s Reduce, Reuse, Return (A2R3) is a returnable container program, currently in the second pilot phase. It aims to reduce the amount of waste produced by restaurants in our community by providing restaurant patrons with reusable, returnable take-out containers through a network of participating locations across Ann Arbor.
