Creating a legacy workshop
Grandparents and Grandkids Easy Oven bake-off
Saturday, Aug. 20, 11 a.m. Come join the fun! Each team will consist of a Grandparent and a Grandchild age kindergarten-fifth grade. Teams will prepare their own cake batter and frosting using the provided supplies. The participants will have one hour to create their masterpiece to present to the judges. Cakes are judged on decoration only. Provided items include: Cake mix, eggs, frosting, food coloring, utensils, cooking mitt, bottled water, cookie sheet, spray oil, Ultimate Easy Bake Oven and music. You bring the laughs! The peachy keen drive-thru
Wednesday, Aug. 24, noon-1 p.m. Please join the Ann Arbor Senior Center for a drive-through event with a giveaway of peachy treats and puzzle goodie bags. Jadwiga Reffitt, MA, BA from Trinity Health at Home will be giving out information on skilled homecare services, advanced care planning, palliative, and hospice care. Snacks and beverages will be given out to enjoy in person or to take home. Come enjoy snacks, pickup information, and chat outdoors! Line Dancing for Seniors
Tuesdays, starting Sept. 6, noon-1 p.m. Join this class in partnership with Washtenaw Community College for seniors 65 and older. A line dance is a choreographed dance in which a group of people dance along to a repeating sequence of steps while arranged in one or more lines or rows. It is a great time to socialize along with low impact exercise. Dance a party full of familiar oldies. Call to preregister, 734.794.6250. Free of charge.
The right care at the right time workshop
Wednesday, Aug. 24, 9:30-10:30 a.m. Please join us for a great discussion on the care options that you have available. In person with Q and A right after. We will have open and honest conversation about Skilled Homecare Services, Palliative and Hospice Care. We will discuss when it is the right time for each service line, what services are covered, and common myths we have uncovered over the past years. There will be additional conversation about Advance Care Planning and the importance of it. Booklets and Handouts will be provided during the presentation. Tai Chi for Seniors

Duplicate Bridge
Mondays, 12:30-3:30 p.m., drop-in fee: $2, member; $3, nonmember. Non-sanctioned Duplicate Bridge, directed by Ray Gentz, attracts players of all ages with varied levels of expertise including life masters to beginners.
Bridge Supervised Play
Mondays, starting Aug. 15-Sept. 12, 9:30-11:30 a.m. (No game on Labor Day) and Tuesdays, starting Aug. 16-Sept. 13, 1-3 p.m. Supervised Bridge Play is designed for beginners and low intermediate players who wish to improve their bidding, declarer, and defensive play. The program will run with students playing 7-9 hands per session. Hands will be analyzed after completion to review the bidding, play, and defense. No book or partner needed. It is highly recommended that students have some type of previous bidding class or experience. Please note that this is not a duplicate game, just practice. ACBL Sanctioned Bridge Game (win cash prizes)
Thursdays, noon-3:30 p.m.; fee: $8, member; $9, nonmember. Our Thursday afternoon games are ACBL Sanctioned and directed by Ellen Silverest. No partner? Arrive by 11:30 a.m. and tell the director and she will give you a guarantee to play. Cash prizes* are being offered as follows
