Volleyball: Eagles win own tournament with victory over Northville in finals

On Saturday, the Eagles hosted the Skyline Invitational for 16 teams across the state. Skyline was on a roll with winning each pool play match in the first 2 sets, to comfortably make it to the gold bracket championship round. With easy wins against Lincoln and Dexter in the quarterfinals and semifinals respectively, Skyline faced rival Northville in the finals. With a win for the first set, then losing the 2nd, Skyline wasn’t going down like that and won the 3rd set to win the Championship!

The Skyline varsity volleyball team hosted a pink-out against Pioneer on Tuesday, Oct. 19, in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Thanks to all the students and fans that showed up in pink! Skyline won the first 3 of 5 sets with ease, continuing on with their 2021 conference success.
