Swimming: Pioneer dunks Temperance Bedford 131-52

The Pioneer girls’ swimming and diving team continued its winning ways on Thursday. The top-ranked team in the state defeated SEC foe Temperance Bedford 131-52.

Winning Pioneer relays were the 200 medley (Vivian VanRenterghem, Edwina Jalet, Lindsay Orringer-Hau, Dayna Houston), 200 free (Lily Cramer, Autumn Bullinger, Lindsay Orringer-Hau, Quoia Sam), and 400 free (Quoia Sam, Eva Woods, Edwina Jalet, Jeannie Liu).

Individual event winners were Lucy Mehraban (200 IM), Lindsay Orringer-Hau (50 free), Tierney Fraidenburg (Diving), Lily Cramer (100 fly), Holly Pringle (100 free), and Edwina Jalet (500 free).

Tierney Fraidenburg and Jordan Marion both qualified for the MHSAA Regional Dive Meet.
