Reinhart: The Best Places to Get a Mimosa in the Ann Arbor Area
When it comes to brunch, there’s no better accompaniment than a bubbly, citrusy mimosa. Luckily, there are many incredible restaurants in the Ann Arbor area that feature them prominently on their menus—including a few that offer them our favorite way: bottomless.
We rounded up some of our favorite boozy brunch spots in Ann Arbor. So whether you’re looking to get your bottomless mimosa on or you’re a bigger fan of ice-cold bloody marys and margaritas, we’re sure you’ll find a new spot right here.
Sava’s
216 South State Street, Ann Arbor
At Savas, they offer breakfast every day of the week and come Sunday morning, you’ll find one of the neighborhood’s favorite brunch buffets! From 10 a.m.–2 p.m., your $25 per person meal includes a petite bloody mary, petite mimosa, juice or coffee and kids 12 years and under eat for just $12.
Vinology
110 South Main Street, Ann Arbor
Owned and operated by the Jonna family, this neighborhood wine bar, dinner destination and event venue boasts a chic atmosphere, 150 wines and a New American menu. As for brunch, you can expect a seasonal menu full of mouthwatering egg dishes, chicken and waffles, tacos and an (almost) bottomless mimosa special for $15 that is worth a visit alone.
Grange Kitchen & Bar
This farm-to-table restaurant offers seasonally and daily rotating menus that are filled with farm-fresh ingredients and sustainable products. Because the menu can change daily, you’ll get something new and innovative every time you stop by. But you can rest assured that the offerings will satisfy any craving. Plus, their brunch cocktail menu is one of the best in town, featuring staples like mimosas and Bloody Marias along with other original creations that you’ll love.
Mani Osteria & Bar
341 East Liberty Street, Ann Arbor
This downtown restaurant is named for two things: the word “mani”, which means “hands” or “handmade” in Italian, and the classic Italian osteria, an eatery that emphasizes local ingredients, small production wines and hospitality. Their impressive, seasonal weekend brunch menu features a line-up of Mani’s famous wood-fired pizzas, trendy avocado toast, tasty Benedicts and a huge list of morning cocktails, including an unlimited mimosa special for $18.
Bobcat Bonnie’s
200 West Michigan Avenue, Ypsilanti
Brand new on the Ypsilanti dining scene, Bobcat Bonnie’s is an approachable, down-to-earth gastropub offering tasty dishes and cocktails at a friendly price. Their brunch menu is available on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and features choices like cinnamon rolls and savory biscuit bowls. To wash it all down, make sure to hit up their build-your-own mimosa and bloody mary bar, where you can design your own brunch cocktail with all of your favorite fixings!
HopCat
HopCat began back in 2008 in Grand Rapids and later opened their Ann Arbor location which has now been serving beer, food and fun for several years. As one of our favorite happy hour spots, HopCat lives up to their reputation for fantastic cocktails at an affordable price—all week long. And that includes their brunch offerings! We recommend you pair their signature $5 mimosa with the salted caramel chicken and waffles or, for a lighter meal, the “Light Side of the Sun” salad topped with a sunny-side-up egg.
Ollie Food + Spirits
42 East Cross Street, Ypsilanti
On Sundays from 8 a.m.–3 p.m., step into this Ypsilanti favorite for brunch—with a twist! The team at Ollie presents a brand new menu and a new theme every Sunday. In the past, they’ve celebrated Red Carpet Brunch on Oscar Sunday, Swayze Brunch and even charity brunches that benefit local organizations. Follow them on Facebook for weekly updates on the Sunday Secret Brunch—which often includes a themed mimosa cocktail!
