Jewish Family Services of Washtenaw County hosts Diversity Day in celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Let’s celebrate diversity, equity, inclusion and compassion at the Jewish Family Services of Washtenaw County Diversity Day in celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

The event, scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 20, will feature activity stations and hands-on experiences designed to energize elementary school aged children to celebrate and explore the ways in which we’re all different and the same.

The day will close with a special multicultural performance by The University of Michigan Irish Dance Team & Indian American Student Association, along with a short film about MLK.
