Golf: Eagles dominate SEC tournament to cap another undefeated season

For the fourth consecutive year, the Skyline boys’ golf team drove, chipped and putted its way to an undefeated season in the SEC. The Eagles finished 13-0 in match play and easily won the SEC Red Division title on Monday at The Grande Golf Club. The Eagles have won seven SEC titles in 12 years.

Skyline tied a school record with a team score of 292 at The Grande to win the league tournament title. The Eagles finished 32 strokes better than runner-up Saline. Bedford was third with a score of 345. Pioneer and Huron tied with a team score of 354. Monroe was sixth with a 377.
