Girls Hockey: Campbell, Thomas score in Pioneer’s 2-0 win over Regina
The Pioneer girls’ hockey team fired 45 shots at Regina last Thursday and two of them found the back of the net in a 2-0 win at Fraser Hockeyland.
After a scoreless first period, Pioneer’s Piper Campbell broke the tie with a goal off an assist from Senna Neubauer.
In the third period, Ann Thomas scored to make it 2-0. Neubauer and Kayleigh Barricklow picked up assists.
Pioneer took 15 shots in all three periods. Regina managed only 12 shots on goal in the game.
