Jacoby: Let us here at WLAA introduce you to some of your amazing neighbors

While Ann Arbor and the entire world deals with the challenges and struggles associated with COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) and the importance of staying informed with the latest news and information, we here at WeloveAnnArbor have decided to do what we do best and do it better, and more often – just for you.

Since Day 1, our site has been dedicated to highlighting the positive, the successful, the good, the wholesome, the hard-working, the honored and the wonderful people who live and work in this incredible community.

We here at WLAA are putting together a huge roster of stories and introducing you to some amazing people – some you know, some you don’t and many you wish you did. And through our stories, you will get to meet them. Every day, we will feature one of our amazing friends or neighbors and highlight their dreams, accomplishments, backgrounds and goals – where they came from, where they’re headed and what accomplishments they’ve left behind.

We hope these stories are not only a pleasant diversion, but also entertaining, informative and even inspiring.

Of course, at the same time, we will continue to bring the latest information during this incredible time of unrest and unknown. Our new WLAA: COVID-19 Community Resources & Information Guide,” located at the very top of our home page (red bar), provides important information and links to get you the information you need in these challenging times.

We also will continue to provide stories from our incredible local resources, including the U-M Health Lab, Washtenaw County Public Health Dept., The University of Michigan, Eastern Michigan University, Washtenaw Community College, Ann Arbor Spark, area hospitals and many more.
