Planning Commission Agenda Items and Meeting Information for Thursday, January 21, 2021

The Planning Commission will meet on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 7 pm in an electronic meeting. Please note this unusual day because of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

This meeting’s agenda includes:

  • Recommendation on Lewis Jewelers Retail Plaza Site Plan and Approval of Special Exception Use (Drive-Through Facility), 300 S. Maple Rd – new retail building with drive-through windows
  • Recommendation on UDC amendment related to Planned Project Site Plan Modifications – ordinance to delete current section and replace with other limited flexibility in setbacks, height and parking requirements
